Cucumber Sesame Salad
- Combine sugar, salt, red chili flakes, sesame oil and rice vinegar in a medium bowl and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Add peppers, and cucumber and mix well. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
